Policies

A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.

Deposits - Deposits are required for parties of 6 or more OR when reserving a whole house OR the entire property. An advance deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation - A 7-day cancellation is required. All cancellations less than 7 days are non-refundable.

Smoking is only allowed outside.
